​Overview:  Small, intimate, and privately owned, the luxurious Arathusa Lodge sits on the edge of a large waterhole which ensures interesting game and bird viewing from the comfort of the camp.  Arathusa offers an exceptional safari experience with a high concentration of an assortment of game, including the Big Five, and frequent leopard sightings.  An infinity swimming pool overlooks the waterhole, and is the perfect spot for wildlife viewing while cooling off on a sweltering African summer’s afternoon.  Guests can enjoy an alfresco dining experience in the traditional open-air boma.

Location:  Within the northern sector of the coveted Sabi Sand Reserve, adjacent to the world-renowned Kruger National Park.  

Rooms:  Arathusa has 13 rooms (9 standard rooms & 4 luxury rooms).  Each room has an en-suite bathroom, with a bath and shower – as well as an outdoor shower.  Amenities include a mini bar, an electronic safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, direct-dial telephone, mosquito net and tea/ coffee making facilities.  Luxury rooms have all the comfort and amenities of the standard rooms, with the addition of their own plunge pools and lounge areas.
