​Overview:  Norman Carr pioneered walking safaris in Zambia’s Luangwa region and his cottage is a haven of tranquillity in a protected bay on the shores of Lake Malawi.  There are boat trips out onto the lake and excellent bird life.

Location:  On the southern lake shore of Lake Malawi, in the beautiful sheltered bay of Namakoma just 15km south of Monkey Bay.

Rooms:  There are 6 suites and a two-bedroom family cottage.  The executive suites are beach facing.  Each room is furnished with a four poster king size bed, crisp white linen and a huge mosquito net.  The cottage is set at the back of the property among the mango trees, it has two bedrooms, both furnished with double beds.
