Overview
Nimala Mara is a beautifully stylish camp, built into a rocky outcrop. From its elevated position, the views across the Serengeti grasslands are fabulous.
Rooms
The camp has 10 tented suites, two of which have private plunge pools and a lounge area big enough to accommodate a family. The suites have canvas walls and glass fronts opening onto a private veranda to maximise the views. An impressive bathroom is fitted with twin showers, a double vanity unit and a large copper bathtub.
Facilities
Meals are served in the main lodge which has open views out over the plains. Relax in the comfortably furnished lounge area or in the infinity pool which is built into a natural cave. Pampering wellness treatments can be arranged.

" An exceptional camp, where even the views from the bath are breathtaking! The camp’s location is away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the river – a great advantage when the wildebeest migrate through this area, usually July to October. "

"We had an amazing, awesome trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar. Everything ran smoothly and we managed to see the Big 5 plus lots of lions, tree lions cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, hippos, elephants galore etc. Even the wildebeest. The accommodation was great everywhere. We had the most wonderful time and despite the cost, the air balloon flight was so worth it. Such an experience, none of us will ever forget."
