Overview
Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Camp is set deep within Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and is the only accommodation located within the national park. Surrounded by rainforest, the camp offers a remote and peaceful base for gorilla trekking and exploring the forest.
Rooms
The camp has eight tented rooms, each with a queen-sized bed and a generous bathtub overlooking the forest canopy. The tents are surrounded by the sights and sounds of the rainforest, creating a comfortable and peaceful place to relax after a day of trekking.
Facilities
The camp has a cosy bar and dining cottage overlooking the rainforest, with meals also served outdoors in fine weather. A small gift shop offers locally sourced handicrafts.
Forest walks to Munyaga Waterfall and an interactive community visit are included, while gorilla trekking and birding walks can be arranged at an additional cost.
