Etosha National Park

Established over 100 years ago (when it was roughly 4 times the size it is today), Etosha National Park in northern Namibia is a massive, shallow depression which is dry, flat and, as a salt pan desert, silvery white for most of the year.

It is Namibia's premier wildlife destination and one of Africa's largest game reserves. Large herds of wildlife teem around the waterholes and the endless plains offering breathtaking vistas.  There is a wealth of wildlife - with regular sightings of lion, elephant, gemsbok, springbok, red hartebeest, and white and black rhino.
