I started specialising in travel to Africa in 1991, little did I know that before me lay a career spanning over 30 years of working with this incredible continent and its wonderful people.  Over this time I have been fortunate to visit many times and I simply love sharing my knowledge, passion and experiences to ensure clients have the perfect holiday.

It is difficult to pick out the highlights, each trip has so many unforgettable moments, but the most special include a family holiday to Zimbabwe; the views whilst hiking up Table Mountain, a camping trip in Botswana and the sunsets in Namibia. 

I have worked at African Pride since 2001 and been involved in many aspects of the business, but reservations and planning trips for clients is my happy place, hearing the excitement of a client’s feedback when they return is just the best!

Loves:

Botswana will always be my favourite, though it’s a close call with Zimbabwe and South Africa.

Favourite Memory:

Seeing wild dogs in Hwange National Park, it had been almost 20 yrs since I had last seen them.

Favourite Experience:

Sundowners whilst on safari, best tasting GnT ever!
