Mount Kilimanjaro Climb - Tanzania Experiences
Kilimanjaro is one of the great challenges for walkers. At 5,895m (19,341ft) it is the highest mountain in Africa and overlooks the great wildlife plains of Tanzania and Kenya. There is a choice of guided treks up the mountain of varying degrees of length and difficulty and below is an example of one of the easier options with others available on request. In addition, private flexible tours can be arranged allowing for more acclimatisation. Walkers should be physically fit with no underlying medical problems. Walks are year round but the most popular months are mid-December to mid-March and May to October.
