Jason loves the great outdoors – his passion for the ocean and wildlife developed from a childhood spent in Cape Town. He moved to the UK when he finished school but the call of the wild was just too strong and he was lured back to South Africa where he qualified as a Ranger in the Sabi Sand Reserve. He went on to manage safari and beach lodges in Tanzania, Kenya and Zambia and being a passionate explorer he made good use of his time, camping in the wilds of the Kafue, driving through Kenya and exploring Tanzania’s deep south. He’s also spent time in Mozambique, explored Namibia’s Fish River Canyon and is particularly fond of Mana Pools and the Zambezi in beautiful Zimbabwe. Jason has moved back to the UK with his young family – the bush’s loss is African Pride’s gain.
