LUFUPA CAMP
On the banks of the Kafue River, and for a maximum of just 12 guests in 6 large Meru tents with en-suite facilities. The bar and dining area is shaded beneath a grove of huge jackalberry trees and overlooks the river. Game drives, boat cruises, fishing, walks and night drives are all undertaken with qualified guides.

MUSANZA TENTED CAMP
Musanza Tented Camp is a simple bush camp situated in the Busanga Plains. The 4 tents are well-appointed with polished brass and leather fixtures, canvas hanging wardrobes, brass bucket shower and en suite flush loo. There is a tented dining / bar area, and meals are usually taken around the campfire.

KAFUE’S RIVERS AND PLAINS
A guided safari for small groups to experience a nostalgic, old-style luxury serviced camping / lodge safari that recreates the sense of a game-viewing adventure reminiscent of the great African explorers. Wide-ranging activities complement the comfort and added luxury of the lodges visited.  The camps are specifically outfitted to ensure that traditional camping feel.

Day 1 Fly by light aircraft from Lusaka to Kafue – 3 nights at Lufupa Camp, Kafue River.(FP+)
Day 2 & 3 On safari.
Day 4 Transfer by road to Musanza Tenta Camp on the Busanga floodplain for a stay of 3 nights. (FP+)
Day 7 To Lunga Lodge in the northern Kafue for overnight. (FP+)
Day 8 Light aircraft transfer to Lusaka.

Departures: Saturday and Tuesday from Lusaka ( June - Nov)
Luggage: 15kg per person in soft bag

KAINGU SAFARI LODGE (OPEN ALL YEAR)
Kaingu Safari Lodge is situated beside the Kafue River in an area of pristine wilderness offering a magnificent game and safari experience in the heart of the Kafue National Park. It has been built to harmonise with the natural surroundings with maximum use made of existing trees and rocky outcrops. The camp comprises en-suite safari tents under thatch, based on raised rosewood platforms overlooking the river. Each has an additional outdoor shower. The focal point of the lodge is the open-air central boma with lounge, dining room and bar facilities under thatch, also overlooking the beautiful Kafue River.

This 4 day / 3 night safari includes game drives, night drives, guided walks, canoeing, fishing, hides and excursions to local villages and hot springs. Access is by light aircraft from Lusaka or Livingstone,
or by road (airstrip closed Dec-Mar).

Departures: Daily from Lusaka ( June - Nov)
