CHOBE NATIONAL PARK & LINYANTI GAME RESERVE

MUCHENJE SAFARI LODGE
This owner-run lodge can accommodate a maximum of 20 guests in well
appointed chalets, each with a balcony affording stunning views. The
main lodge has a dining area, bar and viewing platform. The swimming
pool overlooks the river- perfect in the heat of midday.

CHOBE GAME LODGE
Set on the banks of the Chobe River, the lodge became famous when
Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton were married here. It has
46 bedrooms and 4 suites. The suites have their own sun decks and
plunge pools. There is a dining terrace, lounge, bar, shop and in
the grounds a swimming pool.

SAVUTE ELEPHANT CAMP
The camp overlooks the dry Savute Channel, the habitat for large
herds of elephant, predators and birdlife. The camp has 12
air-conditioned tents with private viewing decks. There is a
lounge/dining area, camp shop and specially constructed ‘elephant
proof’ swimming pool.

KINGS POOL
Overlooking the lagoon and Linyanti River the camp has 9 tented
rooms on raised decks with private plunge pools. The main public
areas are under thatch and there is a ‘kgotla’ for dining under the
stars. One of the highlights of the camp is the high wildlife noise
levels.

DUMA TAU
Set on raised decks overlooking an enormous lagoon, the camp has 10
spacious tented rooms. There is a dining room, lounge, bar and
plunge pool. The camp is surrounded by floodplains, the Savute
Channel and forest giving the opportunity of exploring various
habitats.

SAVUTI CAMP
The camp has 5 large walk-in tents with the lodge housing the dining
room and bar. The waterhole directly in front of the camp draws a
variety wildlife. The camp’s woodpile hide is famous for the best
elephant viewing where one literally feels what it is like to be
with a herd.
